• Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4.4. Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PartyVibe Store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

5.1. Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

5.2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• With all tags attached

5.3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Balloons and balloon bouquets (due to their delicate nature)
• Balloon arch kits (once opened)
• Banqueting table rolls (for hygiene reasons)
• Any costumes or accessories that have been worn or altered

Please note: This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.

5.4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and details about the item
3. Our team will email you return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging

5.5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.), we cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5.6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll email you confirming receipt
• We’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Refund timing by payment method:

• Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit, unless faulty.

5.7. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange.
