We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we’ve created a hassle-free returns and exchanges process to keep the party vibes going!
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Balloons and balloon bouquets (due to their delicate nature)
- Balloon arch kits (once opened)
- Banqueting table rolls (for hygiene reasons)
- Any costumes or accessories that have been worn or altered
Please note: This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will email you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account varies depending on your payment provider:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit, unless faulty.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above, and clearly indicate that you’d like an exchange and which product you’d prefer.
For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item to you once we’ve received and processed your return. Standard shipping fees apply for the new item shipment unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
